These Terms explain the rules for using GGE.gg ("GGE", "we", "us"), including our community features, games and rewards. Contact us at [email protected]. Please read these Terms before signing in. If you do not agree, do not sign in or participate. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
You must be a real person aged 18 or older and meet any higher minimum age that applies to the features you use. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that the laws of both your place of residence and your current physical location allow you to access and participate in those features, including case openings, Case Battles, Originals and slots-style games for entertainment.
This confirmation also applies when a game uses virtual Coins or GGE Points, is described as free or for fun, or offers promotional rewards. Those descriptions do not mean that a feature is permitted everywhere. If local law prohibits a feature, or you cannot meet its eligibility requirements, do not use it. Do not misrepresent your age or location, or use a VPN, proxy or another account to evade restrictions. We may restrict access to comply with applicable requirements and may request relevant eligibility information.
Sign-in uses Discord. Some features also need a linked Kick, Twitch or partner account. Only link accounts you own, keep their information accurate and protect your login credentials. GGE does not ask for your Discord, Kick or Twitch password. Report suspected account compromise to support.
Use one GGE account per person. Do not share, sell or lend accounts, impersonate another person, claim the same reward through multiple accounts, or create a new account to bypass a restriction. A linked account, balance or reward belongs to the eligible account holder; changing a display name does not create a new entitlement.
GGE Points and Coins are separate virtual units used for the site's community activities, games and rewards. Check the currency shown before confirming a stake or redemption. A game may use Coins while its race awards GGE Points. XP measures activity and is another separate value. None of these balances is a bank deposit, cryptocurrency or a promise to exchange every unit for money at a fixed rate.
Units may be earned or awarded through the features and promotions offered on the site and its connected community services. Spend or transfer them only through functions that GGE makes available. Any reward, conversion or redemption is subject to the specific offer, displayed cost, availability and eligibility rules; a displayed balance alone does not entitle you to a particular cash payment or prize.
Item artwork and displayed values do not by themselves mean that a tradable CS2 item will be delivered. Read the reward type: some outcomes credit virtual currency, while others create an inventory reward that must be redeemed. Moving Points into or out of the profile vault moves a virtual balance within GGE.
The rules shown for each game, case, battle, prediction or sportsbook market explain its stakes, currency, outcomes, payout limits and participation restrictions. Read them before joining. A stake can be lost in full. Previous outcomes, published probabilities and provably fair verification do not guarantee a win. Demo balances and demo results do not award account balances or race progress.
Server records determine accepted entries and settled results. A browser animation, disconnected tab or delayed display does not cancel an accepted entry. Only the cancellation, refund or cashout actions offered by the relevant feature are available. Voided events and unsettled or interrupted games are handled under that feature's rules. If you believe a result is wrong, contact support with the game, round, bet or battle ID.
Each race or promotion has its own period, qualifying activity, exclusions and prize list. Use the dates and timezone shown on that race. Site predictions, Discord predictions and sportsbook activity can form one shared race where stated. The Originals race ranks qualifying Coin stakes under its published contribution rules; raw stakes, winnings and deposits are not interchangeable with qualifying race wager.
Some games, types of play or accounts may contribute less or be excluded. Check the current rules on the Originals leaderboard and the relevant competition page. Standings can change until settlement and eligibility checks are complete. Prizes may include automatically credited GGE Points and separately fulfilled rewards described in text. A Bonus Buy, free spin or similar offer is subject to its stated amount, keep percentage and partner conditions.
Rules and reward availability for future promotions may change. We will not silently apply a new rule retroactively to remove a legitimately earned reward. Corrections for errors, ineligible activity or abuse remain subject to Sections 7 and 8. Partner leaderboards can rely on delayed or corrected partner data.
Read the reward description before redeeming. Rewards can require staff approval, a correctly linked account, an eligible partner account, valid delivery information or participation during a live stream. Follow the claim instructions and any deadline stated in the offer. Delivery estimates are shown where available; contact support about a delayed or missing reward.
A partner may impose its own age, country, verification, playthrough or account restrictions. Do not redeem an offer you are not eligible to receive. If an advertised reward becomes unavailable, we will explain the available resolution; a materially different substitute requires your agreement. You are responsible for any reporting or tax obligations that applicable law places on you.
Report a suspected bug privately to support and stop exploiting it. An interface accepting a request does not authorize abuse. Legitimate play permitted by the published rules is not automatically abuse merely because it wins or uses a lower-risk option; published contribution and eligibility rules still apply.
We may temporarily pause a feature, hold an affected reward or restrict an account while investigating credible evidence of abuse, a security issue, an eligibility problem or a technical error. Confirmed breaches can lead to disqualification or account closure. We may correct duplicate, erroneous or improperly obtained credits and related results, keeping the correction proportionate to the issue.
We will explain a material action and provide a way to contact support unless doing so would compromise security or conflict with legal obligations. If you disagree, email your account ID and relevant records to request a review. Closing a tab does not reverse valid losses; a verified system error will be reviewed using the recorded transaction and the applicable game rules, including a correction or refund where due.
GGE includes links, referral codes, promotions and information about services operated by other providers. We may receive compensation when a referral code or link is used. A listing is not a guarantee of a partner's availability, legality in your location or performance. Check the partner's current terms, age and location restrictions before using it. The partner manages its own accounts, deposits, games, withdrawals and verification; a GGE account does not bypass those requirements.
You may use the site for its intended personal community and entertainment purposes. GGE and relevant rights holders retain rights in their software, branding, artwork and content. Do not misrepresent an affiliation, redistribute protected assets without permission or disrupt the service. When submitting clips, messages or other content, you must have the necessary rights and permit GGE to display and process it to operate that feature. This does not transfer ownership of your content to GGE.
These features are intended for entertainment, not as a source of income. Set limits on your time and participation. If playing is causing harm or distress, stop and seek appropriate support. Contact GGE if you need help restricting your account or stopping participation. A restriction on GGE does not automatically restrict your accounts with independent partner services.
Features may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or third-party disruptions. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, a particular result or future reward availability. We will take reasonable steps to investigate reported faults and correct affected records. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away mandatory consumer rights, available legal remedies or protections under the law that applies to you.
Before signing in, you actively confirm your age, location eligibility and agreement to these Terms. An essential cookie named gge_terms_accepted remembers that choice for up to one year in this browser. The cookie records the Terms version and acceptance time; it is not identity or age verification. It is separate from optional analytics consent, which can be refused without preventing sign-in.
You can reopen Login preferences in the footer. Unchecking an existing agreement clears the cookie and signs you out. Clearing or blocking the cookie also prevents continued sign-in; open tabs detect the change when they next contact the server. Signing out normally leaves the agreement cookie in place. Withdrawal does not undo already accepted entries or automatically delete your account; contact us about deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms for changes to features, security or applicable requirements. We will identify the effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. A new Terms version requires a fresh agreement before signing in. Changes do not remove rights or legitimate rewards already accrued under the applicable rules. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
